Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel a class, except for a $50 cancellation fee and the $30 registration fee, all fees are refundable if notice is given 30 days prior to start of workshop. No refunds will be made after that date. No refunds will be given if a student withdraws after a workshop begins.

If Peters Valley cancels a 2020 workshop due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the student will have the following options avaiable: (1) Support Peters Valley by making a generous contribution to the organization of all or part of the fees paid. Your contribution will be critically important while Peters Valley remains closed during the pandemic. Remember, your donation is tax deductible to the extent provided by law. (2) Receive a full or partial credit towards a workshop that can be used in the 2021, 2022 or 2023 workshop season. The credit is transferable and may be used by another individual but only used towards workshop fees (not gallery or special event purchases, etc.). We are working on a fabulous line-up for 2021. (3) Receive a refund (this may take up to 90 days to process)

Policies and procedures have been adopted by Peters Valley for the safety and security of all students and staff. Peters Valley maintains a very respectful environment and reserves the right to dismiss any student, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive to the community learning and living environment. There will be no refunds for those dismissed for cause, including no refunds for tuition for missed classes, unused lodging or meals or lab and material fees. Peters Valley may refuse admission to students with a past history of unacceptable behavior.
